Eng. Mohamad Amin Saad, the company's Founder, President & Principal Consultant, Trainer and Developer, has over 41 years of hands-on industrial experience, mainly gained from direct and effective involvement in various aspects of project management, designing, starting-up, trouble-shooting and optimizing the operation and performance of tens of brackish and seawater water desalination reverse osmosis (RO) membrane plants around the world.

Margaret Saad has over 30 years of administrative experiences and client services, mostly in leading roles with major international corporations like Citi Corp,, General Motors, Performance Associates International and others . She holds a Paralegal certificate from the University of Delaware, USA. She is a skilled and experienced project manager and has been instrumental in coordinating all project activities and functions to a successful conclusion.
