We are happy to announce the completion of the latest upgrades to our innovative and unique SMART (Silent Membrane Alarm in Real Time) software suites known as the SilentAlarm The technology and application software are capable of:
1. Monitoring and measuring the key performance indicators and fouling development of any water membrane system in real time. An alert is issued on the status of fouling in your system as soon as operating data are uploaded into the SilentAlarm (new or already-operating plants)
2. Optimizing the operational efficiency and performance of water membrane plants, whether fouling or not, in real time, especially in terms of achieving the maximum attainable recovery ratio and lowest energy consumption.
3. Optimizing the overall costs of producing water by water membrane plants in real time (not via trending analysis) by: operating the plant at maximum recovery rate.
4. Minimizing or eliminating any adverse impact of developing membrane fouling and scaling by early detection, measuring and monitoring. Maximizing plant availability that is often impacted by membrane fouling, excessive membrane cleanings and premature membrane replacements and additions.
5. Optimizing the design and effectiveness of different pre-treatment processes, chemical dosing regimes and different membrane processes and manufactures for your specific application based on actual water and dynamic operating conditions.
6. Greatly improving the efficacy, duration and outcome of in-house product development, R&D, piloting and testing protocols.

For single-staged, multi-train Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nanofiltration (NF) drinking/potable water membrane desalination plants (2,500-1,000,000 m3/day plants).
For single or multi-staged, multi-train Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nanofiltration (NF) drinking/potable water membrane desalination plants (2,500-250,000 m3/day plants).
Triple-pass multi-train Ultrafiltration (UF) or Microfiltration (MF) drinking water membrane filtration pretreatment as first pass, followed by RO/NF seawater desalination as second pass, and multi-stage brackish water desalination as third pass (2,500-1,000,000 m3/day plants). To be customized as needed by the client.
Any combination of the above versions for one or multiple plants owned and/or operated by the same organization under one license (5,000-1,000,000 m3/day plants). To be customized as needed by the client.
Single-staged, single-train SWRO or BRO system for drinking/potable water membrane desalination plants (2,500-1,000,000 m3/day plants). Single-staged, single-train Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nanofiltration (NF) drinking/potable water membrane desalination pilot plants and test units (<2,500 m3/day plants).
Single-staged, single-train Ultrafiltration (UF) and Microfiltration (MF) municipal & industrial wastewater membrane filtration treatment plants and small commercial plants (<2,500-500,000 m3/day plants). To be customized as needed by the client.
Single-staged, multi-train Ultrafiltration (UF) and Microfiltration (MF) municipal potable water membrane filtration plants (<2,500-500,000 m3/day plants). To be customized as needed by the client.
Single-staged,single-pass, multi-train Ultrafiltration (UF) and Microfiltration (MF) drinking water membrane filtration plants (2,500-1,000,000 m3/day plants).
